Golden Palace and RNG Gaming Team Up To Offer Blackjack Tourneys

Online gaming giant Golden Palace Ltd. has made an investment agreement this week with RNG Gaming Ltd. According to the agreement, Golden Palace aquired 20% equity in RNG Gaming with an investment of $600,000 and the agreement includes an option for another 30%. RNG Gaming is a subsidiary of interactive software developer Zone4Play Inc. and was created to help develop the company's Tournament Blackjack software.

Zone4Play founder and CEO Shimon Citron praised the partnership.
